Deosan Diamond is high caustic (20%) low chlorine (3%) liquid detergent.
Suitable for washing enclosed bulk milk tanks with hot water and parlours with hot and cold water. Deosan diamond is designed to be used at a low usage with a fresh solution prepared at every wash.
Deosan Diamond should not be recycled after its first wash. This will impact its cleaning capabilities the second time round.
Mix Deosan Diamond at 200 ml in 40lts of hot water and you will have a very low chlorine solution (150ppm). This makes it easy to rinse out and avoid TCM problems.
Deosan Diamond has added sequestrants water softening agents which can deal with all water conditions to promote better cleaning.
High thermoduric counts in raw milk are often a result of recycling parlour wash water solutions.
